Eddie Damian, Ed.D.
Dr. Eddie Damian brings over 35 years of national and international educational leadership experience to Leadership Remedy. He has led major educational collaboratives across Asia and previously directed Leadership Development for Fort Bend ISD, where he designed and delivered training for leaders ranging from campus principals to the superintendent’s cabinet.

A former Texas campus principal for 12 years, Dr. Damian also held multiple executive roles with the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association, including State President. His work has been featured in Texas School Business and widely published in TEPSA News. His latest book, A Principal's New Paradigm, is available through Amazon Publishing.

Dr. Damian has been a national trainer for The Energy Bus for Schools Leadership Journey and CultureCre8tion. His signature session, “How to Have Difficult Conversations with Difficult People,” is widely sought after by leaders across the educational landscape.
