Refund Policy

At Leadership Remedy, we are dedicated to providing impactful, high-quality educational consulting services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds or credits may be issued for the various services we offer, including workshops, coaching packages, assessment services, and institutional contracts.
1. General Policy
All sales of services are final. Because our offerings involve advance planning, time investment, and customized materials, refunds are only granted in limited, specific cases as outlined below.y
2. Workshops (In-Person or Virtual)

Individual Registrations:

Cancellations 7+ days before the workshop: Eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.

Cancellations less than 7 days prior: No refunds. A one-time reschedule or credit may be offered at our discretion.

No-shows: Not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Group/Organization-Sponsored Workshops:

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the workshop date.

Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no additional charge, subject to availability.

3. Coaching Packages

Single Sessions:

Cancellations with 48+ hours’ notice are eligible for rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are not refundable but may be rescheduled once.

No-shows are not eligible for reschedule or refund.

Multi-Session Packages:

Refunds are only available if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and before the second session has occurred.

If any sessions have been used, refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions completed, minus a 10% administrative fee.

No refunds after 30 days of purchase.

4. Assessment Creation and Reporting

Once work has commenced on custom assessments, survey design, data analysis, or reporting, no refunds will be issued.

If cancellation is requested before work has started, clients may receive a refund minus a 15% administrative fee.

Partial refunds or credits may be considered if a project is terminated early, at our discretion, based on the scope completed.
5. Institutional Contracts and Consulting Agreements

Deposits and Prepayments: All deposits are non-refundable unless Leadership Remedy cancels the engagement.

Cancellations by Institution:

Cancellations 30+ days before the start date: eligible for a partial refund (minus non-refundable deposit and incurred expenses).

Cancellations within 30 days of the start date: no refunds, but rescheduling may be offered.

Project Adjustments: If services are delayed or modified by the institution, Leadership Remedy will work in good faith to accommodate the changes. Additional fees may apply depending on the revised scope.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Leadership Remedy understands that emergencies and unexpected issues may arise. We may review refund or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis. Written documentation may be required for consideration, and decisions will be made at our sole discretion.
